Net Lease Management
Our Net Lease Management Platform is built to provide passive ownership of management intensive retail properties. Unlike the self maintaining single tenant QSR properties in which Tenants self-maintain their property, strip centers require ownership to manage the day-to-day operations. This traditionally makes them less favorable to own for passive, low overhead real estate investors. Our platform is built so you can invest in multi-tenant retail properties, while still maintaining a low corporate overhead with little day to day responsibilities.

Property Management

SullivanHayes also manages more traditional shopping center properties throughout New England and New York.
