For the past 40 years, Jed has represented some of the country’s most prominent retailers throughout the United States, having been a national master broker for PetSmart, Dicks Sporting Goods, Ulta, and Wild Oats (Whole Foods) as well as various other retailers. Jed has also represented the likes of Best Buy, Ross Stores, The Home Depot, Michaels Arts & Crafts, TJ Maxx, Bob’s Stores, Gander Outdoors, Old Country Buffet, Marshalls and Shaw’s Supermarkets. In aggregate, Jed has negotiated over 1,000 leases with a value in excess of $2 billion

Jack has spent the last ten years advising retail and hospitality clients throughout the Northeast. He is responsible for leasing a portfolio of retail properties, advising companies on expanding their businesses, and developing real estate.

Office Manager
Denise is the Officer Manager at SullivanHayes, running all day-to-day administrative functions for the firm, and is charged with the handling of all staffing and office policies at the company. Denise has been with SullivanHayes since 1995 and is the go-to problem solver within the office. Denise manages the company’s accounting and other back office administrative functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, health insurance, property insurance, dental insurance, E&O insurance, business entity registrations, real estate licensing, company travel and equipment procurement. She is also responsible for coordinating everything necessary for the various ICSC trade shows at which the company is an exhibitor.

Jeremy Isenberg joined SullivanHayes in September 2019 to begin his career in the retail real estate market. He graduated from the University of Rhode Island with his Bachelor's of Science in Finance. There he was a member or the URI Financial Management Association.
Since his time at SullivanHayes, Jeremy has attended the ICSC and works closely with Jack Hayes to represent local tenants and negotiate land acquisition. He works primarily with shopping centers and is steadily building his client base.

Marketing
Page joined SullivanHayes in 2013 after previously holding marketing positions in the aerospace and financial services industries. She is currently responsible for the company’s corporate marketing, which includes developing marketing strategy, brand building, social media initiatives and website development. Page is also charged with handling public relations for the company, updating the commercial real estate community on the latest at SullivanHayes, the development and distribution of quarterly marketing materials the company produces, and press releases. In these roles she works very closely with leasing teams to fully understand a shopping centers competitive position in the market, and properly convey that through the marketing materials such as print collateral, leasing packages, market research and digital media.

Marketing / Information Technology
Dave joined SullivanHayes in 2015, and is responsible for all graphic design, web design and development, building marketing packages and other administrative functions for the firm. Dave also oversees the GIS Services at SullivanHayes, which develops and maintains our proprietary database of Geographic Information Systems, market research, spatial analysis and complex GIS reports for our clients. Utilizing such platforms as Adobe, InDesign, Office 365 and WordPress, Dave works closely with marketing to design and create our various marketing and research products in web, social, and print collateral. Additionally, Dave oversees all information technology within the firm, managing the cloud services and infrastructure critical to the company’s day-day operations.
