7 Brew Coffee Co is under construction in Vernon, CT at Tri City Plaza. 7 Brew is taking over the pad that was previously occupied by Dennys. Jack Hayes and Jeremy Isenberg helped advise 7 Brew on the long term ground lease with DLC Management. The pair are also advising 7 Brew Coffee Co on their expansion plans throughout the state of Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
